I found a 1990 D Lincoln Cent that has what look like a double I in Liberty. Wold appreciate any help. Sorry can't get a good picture on my phone. Don't have access to a microscope. But if anyone could give me feedback I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Depending on what you are calling a bubble.
Sometimes plating gets split and raises on devices. (usually on the outside of rim devices)

Sometimes die chips happen between the devices on LIBERTY.

Images would help us more. Do a search here on the term: "Die chips" or "BIE" or "Split plating" to see if you can find an example with image on another thread that might be close to what you have. It would just be a guess from a description?
