Found this dime and appears to have doubling on the W. Thoughts.

The doubling seen on the W is due to an old over worked damaged die and it is not a doubled die.It's a spender.

Also if you look at the 'W', that area was damaged somewhere along the way in it life. But the biggest reason it is not hub doubling? The area is reduced in size. The full device is visible there and it reduced in half either by coin contact or vending machine damage. The die is showing it age with the other devices affected and the fields are showing die flow. So it is a spender.
