I'm guessing the obverse South side was PMD but just wanted to know for sure. And the inside of the letter B in liberty looks like it's half filled in.

The obverse bottom is certainly damage as you can see the metal displacement. Unsure on the B as I can't see it well enough.

I agree damage to rim at bottom of obverse. The letter B looks normal enough from this pic. Consider posting a close-up of just this region of interest.

Ok yes better pics-thanks @1982pennyid! I still don't see a "half-filled in" letter B though. In the upper loop, I see what may be a little debris or damage in the upper left hand corner (see below). I suppose it could be a tiny die chip on the post that makes that part of the letter, but we'd need clearer pics to tell for sure. Regardless of what it is, I'm still thinking that your coin is worth face value.
