Looking for some info to mark on the 2x2.

Is this cause by a broken Die?
Does Zoell recognize this as a variety?

Thanks for any input.

Zoell recognized this later die state die chip as P450p in his Third Minor Variety Catalogue. Because on the Die the point of the four is a raised point it is prone to breaking off and similar die chips on 4's can be found across several years.
