I possibly think I've found an Hawaii Volcano error quarter with some collar issues. The reverse side of the quarter has a even thin line going through the center of all the letters in the quarter. I've never seen or heard of this variety problem. Please can someone give me some answers.
@SuperT23, first welcome to CCF. Second, that circumferential line is consistent with damage from rolling machines used to place the coins in paper wrappers. Not a mint error or variety--just damage.
