It means a blob of grease got in between the die and the planchet during striking. No real premium,but a keeper if you are into these.

Thanks all! I have another that I will post as soon as I can get some pics. It's a 1986 Lincoln Penny, half strike. Any thoughts on this one?

Your coin was Struck Through Grease. Nice find! It caused by grease getting clogged in the crevices of the die. Letters can etheir be partially missing or completely missing depending on how much grease was in the die.
