1958-D Lincoln Wheat "b" Filled In?

IC_0117 New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 04/20/2018 10:32 pm Hello again friends, Here is another Wheat penny I came across today with an abnormality I'm unfamiliar with. The bottom half of the "B" in LIBERTY appears to be filled in. Would this be considered an error, or just an abnormality?
