Probably the glare is hiding what you want us to see. But what I can see is normal sized devices. If the are you are seeing is lower than the devices, it is Machine Doubling which is not a doubled die. It is a common event that happens after the strike.

I don't even see MD on it. It looks completely normal to me.

If you don't enlarge a couple of the pics I believe I see what your talking about and coop and crazybo are right it's just some pretty severe Machine Doubling on the left of the devices especially the A's in states and America and the M as well. A big indicator is the thinning out of the letters. It's hard to tell the diff when you're just starting out but like coop said, the part that looks doubled is lower than the main letters like a step down. If you were able to look at it from from a 90° angle it would look like steps. In the doubling you are thinking of, the doubled devices would both be the same height. Check out doubled die.com and study the examples and you'll be able to see what we're talking about. I just started a few months ago and have only recently been able to really discern the differences between all of the doubling causes. You have to make mistakes to learn from them and this is def the place to learn. Good luck in the future and happy hunting.

and keep looking. I can't tell you how many times I have posted on here about THE coin that was going to make me rich. Like has been said above, you learn by making mistakes.
