Ok, maybe this my time. Just maybe. Definitely a catch, as always. Coin looks to be in pretty good shape. However, looks to have had a jewelry ring installed. Anyone know about removing that, and if so without damaging the coin, what I have here? Found in coin drop in coinstar machine.

Nice to find it in a coin star return but only worth face value in that condition .

Nice find. Yes, maybe modified for a piece of jewelry, necklace, charm bracelet. Looks like that area on the bottom of the rev. is a good place to start.... and very gently.

I'd leave it as is. There are millions of 37's. But that one will always remind you of your excitement just the way it is.

My best coinstar find is a BU 1939 cent, but your find is cool too. All that really matters is that feeling you get when you find the coin.
