Granted if this is a Cud ,It is a very unusual looking one. The edge appears to be intact. The reverse of this anomaly appears to be weakened which suggests to me a Cud. I'd like your thoughts on this coin! Thanks in advance.

Nice find! It's a Cud, but a very weird one. Is it listed on COC's?

As it looks like the extra material is laying on top of the field, I agree with @kanga and @cj18850 that it looks like a folded over Rim Fin.

I appreciate the advice. Even with my 20x loupe I can't tell if it's laying on top of the field or merged. Would a fin also show weakness on the reverse?

It is opposite a slight tilted die(MAD), pressure opposites, that is a Rim Fin not die break!
