@wallet, I think that you will find zeno.ru to be indispensable when looking to attribute your coins.

I just used the advanced search function with the keyword HORSEMAN and limited the search to copper coins and yours seems to have popped out on one of the very first pages. It looks like Kirmanshahan (Iranian) likely dating to the mid 1800s (AH 1266). Here is the link:
