Hey guys... I have no idea where to start. I need cash and I was looking to sell these locally. I have absolutely no idea how much these go for. I won't say how much of them I have but for a single coin could you tell me how much these go for? I also have some silver bars and have no idea... I looked on google but I keep getting different answers. I'll try and upload some pictures. if you see this post and there are no pictures bare with me I have to go on my laptop but I'll upload them in about ten mins I'm on my mobile. They are liberty silver coins. One Troy once 999 silver 1983. I'll upload pictures of the silver bars too I just need to hop on the laptop.

These are not coins. They were minted privately. They are worth their silver content, or silver spot prices. A dealer will buy these for 10-15% below spot price. Some rounds (as they are called) have collector value over spot price. Yours are common issues that are valued strictly by spot price. And

The last time I unloaded silver bullion, I sold to provident metals who gave me a fair price for it all.

cj! Yes, All of the rounds are silver bullion and would sell to a dealer under spot a bit. You would most likely get spot or a little more selling to an individual. I'm not sure about the 1 oz. bar but the rest are just tied to spot price. I have never seen the 1 oz. bar so that one may be a little more collectible. Good Luck!

Quote: The last time I unloaded silver bullion, I sold to provident metals who gave me a fair price for it all. They are the best, been dealing with them for a while. Last time I checked, Provident was selling common .999 1oz rounds for 3% over spot, and buying back at 3% under. It's really hard to beat Provident.

Hey thank you all so much! I have about 100 of them maybe.... do you have an estimate of how much I should be able to get if I sold all of those? I'm very new to this. Don't want anybody hoodwinking me if they see I am new at this

Call Provident and ask them what they will pay. You have a large enough amount to make shipping them flat rate USPS to make it worth while. Local guys will give you far less, they know anyone walking in their front door needs to sell and will low ball you. Provident (800) 313-3315
