I see ms64. Nice strike and luster but multiple hits on face and eagle's plumage.

weakness in strike and little hits on both sides. I dont think it can go higher than MS65

Nice eye appeal but hits on the reverse may keep it at 65.

The obverse is pure 66. The reverse can't be better than 65. Strike means nothing in Technical Grade of 65+. Eye Appeal 7/10.
I'd buy that beauty.
