Lucky Cuss Pillar of the Community United States 4883 Posts	Posted 04/25/2018 09:28 am Portrait appears to be of Chiang Kai-shek, which implies Taiwan as its origin. However, that's a map of the whole of China on the reverse, and it's not clearly denominated, so I'm inclined to believe it's a commemorative medal of some sort, probably pretty modern.
