There are several very informative topics/articles available on Machine Doubling and Doubled Dies on this forum, just use the search window on top of the left column and do a little research.
The MD shows that the devices were reduced from even a normal device size. Altered after the strike by a normal die. They appear a step down. If it were hub doubling, then it would be level with the devices and wider or taller. Just damaged after the strike. No premium as these are common.
