Because of the loss of rim details (date & IGWT) the best this would get is a combined AG3 FR02/AG3(?), not sure the reverse pulls a G-4, barely maybe.

I believe that the rims need to be complete to warrant a G4.

Technical Grade 03. Eye Appeal 3/10.

Our guesses from those photos really don't change the value. Anything from Good details to Good 04 is worth about the same, money wise.
