1985 Lincoln Memorial cent: The mint mark "D" on the observe side is bigger and closer to the year number "9" than other usual cent, and the another year number "1" and "5" is blunt and short.

Mint mark location does vary somewhat on Lincoln cents - unless it's extremely misplaced or misaligned, it's not going to enter the "error" realm. The date, like much of the rest of the coin, has simply sustained damage. I cannot see how this specimen could command any premium whatsoever.

I agree, and the coin is damaged. It would not have any additional value.

It's all Post Mint Damage. You can see all of the pitting and scratches. Worth face value.
