1987 D Cent, D Positioning Is Low

Howdy. I saw this cent and thought the D was really low so I read this article: http://www.numismaticnews.net/artic...rks-can-move
Pretty clean on the post 1990 cents when the mint mark was put into the master tools so that the positioning was the same for all coins.
According the this article there may be some value in the future to "cent coins" when the positioning is extreme.
This one is really low so I will keep it. Note on most of these coins that the top of the D is inside the bottom of the 9.

Not a high grade coin, but the D does look low.

Save it for now until you get a better grade coin. On I found in a mint set:
