First off, WE, damaged or MD...9 is just either a small strruck through debris or the device has a partial fill, it is nothing more(not a DDO) It is an RPM. Since it is a small date, I find it easier to ID from coppercoins. The 1960D's combine large and small date RPMs but the listing for small date starts at 1960D-1MM-100 to -136, It is a tilted or rotated direction listing, enough hints? Oh yea, here:

I'll even help ya out, think of all it's this, need to check markers and cross to Wexler's(if you can find it)

Hard to tell for sure for me. Images are too small, blurred or dark. As far as a matchup? Hard to tell for the images are cropped too close. Horizontal images are better.

Thanks Crazyb0 & Coop. Crazyb0, thanks for the www sites & your analysis. You help me a lot. What software did you use to apply markers on the pic I sent? Coop, I just got another USB that I am working on. I wasn't able to log on last week as I stated 'coz the first USB I bought didn't work as I expected. I ordered a different one & got it Wednesday this week. Still learning with this usb. Hopefully, the longer I use the usb the crisper, we'll lighted pics I can deliver. As always, your comments are well appreciated. You are giving us opportunities to be better in all aspects of this hobby.
