I have a 43mm silver coin/medal. The reverse has swastika's.

I think it is an Old Man Dollar from Taiwan spanning from about 1838-1850. I'm not sure how authentic it is, though. Fakes are pretty common.

Yep, it's a replica of an "old man dollar". The original coins were struck by rebels on Taiwan sometime around 1840. Genuine coins are rather rare and quite valuable, being the first Chinese-made machine-struck dollars and with a design distinctly different to all other Chinese coins, before and afterwards.
