2004 State Quarter With Extra Initials...

Running through my coins, and run into this strange looking Quarter with extra initials next to the original initials. Sorry about the pics, it's the best I can do at this moment. I couldn't make out the initials, but it something there. This coin doesn't have much damage, I think that it might be some kind of error or something... I hope it's not from being damage. Please can anyone help.

I believe that is normal for the year. Compare it to another one. If I remember right,one set of initials are for the designer and the other for the die maker.
