@11997755, are you sure that this is a die chip and not either a lam or struck-through plating? Whatever it is, I agree that it is pretty neat.

Struck through debris, either a piece of copper foil, or larger burr that squashed out.

I'm never really sure of anything on errors, but it looks like a crack. Thinking maybe because of the size, there may be a little vertical displacement making it look like a struct thru.

Ok well let's see what others say, but so far both @crazyb0 and I are kinda thinking that there may have been an extra scrap of copper plating that was caught in between the planchet and the die when the coin was struck.
