I went to my profile and selected the arrow beside this topic and it brought me to the post at the top of the last page, not the last post, which both happen to be from the same member:

This has happened before, but rarely. This was also a repeatable event. It took me to a post made over an hour ago and ignored several posts made afterward, including the last (at the time) that had been posted at least 10 minutes prior by Basebal21.

How long ago did you look at your profile? When the profile page is loaded, the last link arrow points to the last post at that time. If that profile page is not refreshed, its still pointing to that post even if more has been posted since then.

I just clicked the one on your profile, and it did go to the last post.

Sorry for the delayed response. I am constantly logged in and I refresh my profile page regularly to see what topics have had recent activity. Also, on my phone at least, selecting the last post arrow does not open a new tab like selecting the topic title link.

So, when I said it was repeatable, I chose the last post arrow from my profile page, was taken to what was not the last post at the time, then chose my username link at the top of the page to go to (reload) my profile page, and then chose the "jump to" arrow again, and it, again, went to the top of the last page instead of the last post which was a few down. On the third attempt, it worked correctly, but someone else had posted in the meantime.

It's not a big deal by any means, I just noticed it and recognized that it was not supposed to work that way and wanted to provide a little input in case it helps something.
