Right side top seems to have a black mark line where should have been cut but also obverse is offset pretty good to the left which put the HAWAII ink off target.
just curious for feedback.
Terrible time with these olds phone pics today but reverse HAWAII is off to left(which would be right from front of bill)..

Your note is an example of a common error known as a faulty alignment.

The Hawaii overprints on the front were applied in a separate process which means they can be shifted in various directions.

MVC described it well.

PM collectors notice minor imperfections like this, where everyday people wouldn't give it a second look.
