Looks like a normal steel cent with MD on the USA area. Note how these devices are reduced by the MD. Stop looking at the edges of the devices. Look more for spread in the centers of devices.

Note on this example, there is Machine Doubling on the left sides of the devices. But looking at the centers of the devices, you can see the hub doubling is huge.





Note on these images the spread in the center of the devices are more noticeable than looking at the edges of the devices. If it has hub doubling, then the spread should be present. When the devices are normal size, then the MD removes the devices, just like your images show.

Look at the centers of the devices, not the edges.

If it is a doubled die, it should be easy to see. If not, then it might be a normal coin.
