This is out of my mother in laws cent stash. I know I seen this one before, has anyone also seen or know if its a DV or just and over polished die?

Heavy die gouges. Enough to warrant some attention, but I doubt much value.

Chuck is correct, although I usually refer to them as "die scrapes". They were most likely inflicted by a feeder finger scraping across the die face. The direction of the scrapes is typical for cents.
