Reverse angles devices:
There may have been some grease on the die, and was wiped down. Doing this with a cloth may have moved some grease around and filled the bottom area of the incuse area preventing the strike on the lower areas of the devices leaving them looking angled. That is what caused that look. No premium for this, but knowing the cause... priceless.

Obverse:
It just looks like a stain from what I can see. If it is not raised, then it is not a crack.
