Casino coin..two top pics you can see the die cracks in the 1996 P....comparing to the bottom pic 1997 P the crack at the wing seems to be the from the same area but cracks downward instead....what ever that implies if any thing

It is a common error as the design tweaks the die moving the metal around to strike up the bust. Doing this 800,000 times takes a toll on a die. Some dies crack under pressure.
