Was wondering if this coin is too worn to be worth collecting?
What grade and would it be above melt value.

I feel it been run over by a couple of trucks.

OK to keep irrespective of condition
provided that
it has bullion value.

I keep low grade silver such as this, in my junk silver accumulation. Currently have about 20 ounces of World junk silver. Interestingly, I actually review them occasionally.

Sometime in the future, I will convert the value to buy a single nice numismatic item. Knowing my mentality, the purchase will probably be a copper or bronze coin.
Rest in Peace

If you are collecting melt value silver there's no harm in saving it. Otherwise, sell it for close to melt and use the money for a nice purchase.

Keep if you want, but it's worthless except for bullion value or sentiment. If you want a nicer coin, sell it and buy something else with the pittance you'll get.
