I suppose in the end, it probably doesn't make a ton of difference as these all seem to be relatively common coins. This is a 10 para coin with a regnal year of 10, meaning it was made around 1869 in the Gregorian calendar. And yes, this is not a silver coin. The highest regnal year in the first link is a 9, but while there was a different silver type made the year after, the silver coins have a flower-like design beside the toughra.
