@aya bahgat, first welcome to CCF. Second, based on this reference page from numista, looks to be a relatively common coin, but at least it is silver:

10 Para 1863-1869 a common copper coin, in that condition(_F10). its not worth but a dollar or so. I've gotten these in bulk buys quite often.

Hmm, @crazyb0, not sure that it is copper, but rather debased (0.833) silver.

Spence, did have the denomination wrong, it is a 40 Para, but it is bronze and still a common issue.

Ok weird. I was thinking that the denomination on these was below the tughra and the regnal year and AH years were on the rev. I suppose in the end, it probably doesn't make a ton of difference as these all seem to be relatively common coins.

Yes, the denomination is beneath the toughra. This is a 10 para coin with a regnal year of 10, meaning it was made around 1869 in the Gregorian calendar. And yes, this is not a silver coin.

The highest regnal year in the first link is a 9, but while there was a different silver type made the year after, the silver coins have a flower-like design beside the toughra.

The second link posted on this thread (the NGC one) is of the correct coin. Here is its equivalent Numista page: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces11071.html
