Looks altered. Uneven edge. They were trying to make it look like a wrong metal strike. But the metal is correct. (don't know why they would do this?)

Nickel on a cent planchet:
1974-Small-Date-Penny-2.7-Grams,-Any-Ideas,-Thanks.
The nickel die is wider than the cent planchet so the design falls over the edge of the coin.
