My website is my way of knowing what I have on hand at all times. I'm a Vammer and I also check Overton attributes for my CB Half Dollars and Newcomb for my Coronet Head and Braided Hair Large cents. Below is a link to one of the pages. Be sure to click the images of the coins to see the supersized pictures. Thoughts? http://www.sbcoins.net/newcomb-proj...54-p-n1.htmlEdited by srs77 05/11/2018 09:34 am

Wow - very professional looking. The picture quality is impressive also. I like the intuitive click to zoom and one click to restore.

Really like that Hamilton cabinet. I want to build something like that. Thanks Steve... The Hamilton Sorting Cabinet is my favorite piece. Wish I could find another one. It was built in 1902, all original and looks nearly brand new.. Not quite but really close.

My MacBook Pro with native virus protection rejected your hyperlink as 'not acceptable' ... so I'm unable to offer an opinion on your topic other than in todays internet world folks truly hesitate to follow unknown links.
I made an exception a few moments ago ... valued CCF member ... but alas my computer outsmarted me.
Just saying ... something for all of us to consider when posting hyperlinks to unknown pages.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

I've visited srs77's website for years before I joined the CCF. No malicious software on his website. Nice new website Scott! All your coins look great.

Quote: My MacBook Pro with native virus protection rejected your hyperlink as 'not acceptable' It is HTTP and not HTTPS. It is "not acceptable" because it is not encrypted. I mention it because it is the only warning I get ("connection is not secure").

Quote: My MacBook Pro with native virus protection rejected your hyperlink as 'not acceptable' JBuck, can you tell me which coin you were looking at when you came across this? I hit the same error when I went back to check my 1854 Braided Hair Large Cent. I have since fixed that one. I'd like to know if there are any others. Thanks!

Nickelsearcher, my site has no malware, it was a simple error in my code. It's since been fixed (hopefully)... Let me know if you still have an issue.

I only see the warning that the site is not secure, which I get on every HTTP site I visit. I do not us a Mac or Safari, but I would not be surprised if they were stricter with HTTP vs. HTTPS visits and wondered if that was his problem. I could be wrong, I guess I am.

Thanks Jbuck, now I understand. The site is primarily for me so I don't plan on purchasing an ssl certificate for the site. The error that I referenced was caused by a typo on my part within the page. That has been fixed so the error page that came up no longer appears.
