Hi everybody I'm new here from Phoenix Arizona I have a silver certificate it's a 1953a star note with a government counterfeit stamp that has been blacked out with black ink apparently put back into circulation and the star is in front of the serial number which means it was it is an original mistake print run am I not correct

Older series Silver Certificates (blue seal) and United States Notes (red seal) have the Star printed before the serial number, so that part is not an error. Would need to see a photo/scan to comment on the stamp.
