If you'd like, PM me the link to the auction so I can take a look at the other pics I can understand lighting alterations but photoshop seems kind of excessive. Does the seller have a return policy? I usually see this kind of distortion where the coin contacts the slab, or the imperfection is on the plastic, not the coin. With a 10-day return, you should be safe (unless shipping is outrageous).
