I can't say if it is or is not, but it looks like one of those typical poor quality imitations from China.

Compare your coin to an authenitc example, such as the one on this Numista page. Look particularly at the hair, and at the brooch. They are much more finely detailed on the Numista coin than on the above coin.

I must therefore agree that this is a fake. Sorry.

I agree, it looks very Chinese fake.
