This seems to be happening to about 90% of modern Mint product from around the World, irrespective of quality of the coin artwork, or the attractiveness of the packaging. ryurazu Pillar of the Community Australia 1333 Posts	Posted 05/13/2018 08:54 am Only bullion value unfortunately, unless it has some that make it stand out from the other 2016 silver pandas, sadly as Sel_69l is probably correct, due to there high mintage and countfieting.
