USSID18 Pillar of the Community 5464 Posts	Posted 05/13/2018 5:57 pm I see a normal 1964 Lincoln Cent. The coin has normal circulation wear and was probably cleaned or polished. I don't see any mint errors on the coin. Report this Post to the Staff

With excessive rim wear, it is possible to have the rim and the top of the letters in the inscription be connected.
