I see a normal 1964 Lincoln Cent. The coin has normal circulation wear and was probably cleaned or polished. I don't see any mint errors on the coin.

@ateyat, first welcome to CCF. Second, perhaps you could tell us a little more what you are seeing? With excessive rim wear, it is possible to have the rim and the top of the letters in the inscription be connected.
