Does not look like a doubled die. Looks well worn from circulation. Value is 25 cents.

Also the die was ready for retirement, they just hadn't given it the gold watch yet. Worth what it says on the back of the coin.

Not a Doubled Die Obverse. Just a very worn circulated Quarter with a worn out die (Very Late Die State). Worth 25 cents.
