Looks to be AU-55 sharpness, but coloring is unnatural looking and rim nicks detract.

I wouldn't call this one cleaned yet. I have seen plenty of Seated coins with this type of unattractive toning with CAC stickers. The photo is bleached out which gives it the blue cleaned hue. Try posting different photos.

Yeah really no difference. It has to do with the lighting but it's fair to say, original or not it's an ugly duckling.

Some sort of chemical or environmental damage. I'm wondering if someone had painted it with enamel or lacquer at some point and what you are seeing is the remains of the paint.
