I found this 1984 Denver minted penny. Does this count as a double ear? Or a double ear....lobe?!!:) As always, thank you for your time.

The ear is not doubled but normal in size. The incuse mark happened later in the coins existence. So it isn't the mark that doesn't make it doubled ear, it's the lack of hub doubling that excludes it from being a doubled ear. The ear should be larger in size. It's normal in size.
