I have these 1960 cents I think one of them is small date can you please identify it.

You have two large dates. Also,your title is wrong.

They also appear to be from the same working obverse die, the top one somewhat later state and after having received a polishing..

Swamp, double check the mint mark locations. I might be wrong, but the locations seem to differ to me suggesting two different obverse dies. Thanks, Doug.
