It looks like it was the 1st 1871 Half Dime to be graded PL by ICG. Still trying to take a picture that can pick up on the luster! Report this Post to the Staff
panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18687 Posts	Posted 06/18/2018 09:14 am I think its in the AU58 range also. your photos of the coin do not exhibit surfaces indicating PL. most of the photos are showing a dull surface which could indicate an old cleaning that had stripped off some of the original luster. if it was I dont think it would affect the grade. unless you can get better pics this is one you need to look at closely in hand at the surfaces Report this Post to the Staff
