Best Compliment To Cherrypickers Vol 2?

seattleMD Valued Member United States 405 Posts	Posted 06/20/2008 4:05 pm I have the Cherrypicker's guide, Volume II, and I'm wondering what the best compliment to it is for identifying pennies? Why did they leave out pennies from it in the first place? Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/20/2008 4:17 pm Hmmm..... The U.S. Mint have never made pennies. In Great Britain they had pennies & half pennies. But all U.S. Cents are marked Cents on the back. But try to find a paper roll with 50 Cents on it? They are all usually marked 50 Pennies.... I don't know anything about the Cherry Pickers Guide. But they may have covered them in column and re listed them in volume 3. That is what I hear from other who comment on that source. Report this Post to the Staff

pyrbob Rest in Peace United States 1943 Posts	Posted 06/20/2008 4:32 pm The guide is split up into 2 volumes. Volume 1 has Half Cents thru nickels and volume 2 starts at dimes. The best compliment to volume 2 is volume 1. Just be sure to stay with the current edition with is the fourth. Report this Post to the Staff
