At least that's what it looks like this was struck through. A few months ago I found a Weak D on the previously released State Quarter. And now I find this. Damn, at this rate by the end of the year I'm going to find a blank planchet in a roll.

Graceoutcast is correct. Grease Filled Die. Part of "WE" and "ST" of TRUST gone caused by grease.
