Please let me know if this is a Colorado Cud. I've seen a few on this area, but this one is tiny.

Is there a grade for this?

i think it is a tiny die chip - not a Cud.
a Cud involves the rim of the coin.

More of a chip at this point. If it were a Cud, the edge of the rim wouldn't be there and the Cud would be taller than the rim.
