2001 D Dime Missing Clad?

Is this dime missing clad on both sides, or did it take an acid bath. Weighs 2.1 grams. I read it normally happens on only one side.

Nope. It's not missing any Cladding at all. It's a normal Dime with Environmental Damage. That's what caused that staining to appear on your coin.

The weight is a smidge low, but I don't think unusually so. Also, the design looks reasonably well struck up on both sides. I agree with E&V that this seems like more of a case of environmental toning.
