I'm afraid not. Note the top on the last image of the MER on AMERICA. The devices are reduced. Note the top of the 'E'. Still is Machine Doubling though. The device were normal sized, then the MD reduced them.

Classic Machine Doubling. There's reduction on the devices. Machine Doubling always reduces the size and is shelf-like in appearance.

I don't think it is ejection doubling as it follows the 'S' perfectly. The ejection doubling is lighter and doesn't affect as many devices:

The coin may have exited the chamber getting the bums rush. On my coin just the center devices were affected.
