Was going through some wheat backs I picked up and saw that this mint mark seemed to be just a little too far north and west to look normal. What do you guys think? Any premium added if it is misplaced?

It is not enough to merely enjoy coins; one must Advocate for them!
Mintmarks were handpunched and 1989 was the last year for that. There were no guides as to exactly were they were to be punched and could be at any place under the date. It wasn't an exact science. Pretty cool placement where the mintmark on your cent is at. It won't bring a premium though.
