I found another Wheat P (Sweet Pea) LOL in bank rolls. Try to clean it and see #7 has a tail? I am right or something wrong with my eyes?

Keep in mind when a die wears, it wears towards the rim. That is what you are seeing on the tail of the 7. Just like the so called poor man's doubled dies, the metal flows towards the rim:

Just a given to happen that way. The die is raised in the center forcing the metal to flow towards the rim. with this done hundreds of thousands of time, ti creates wear on the dies.
