two_tonevf35 Pillar of the Community United States 719 Posts	Posted 06/21/2018 5:49 pm Whenever I see streaks like that I think it was in a cardboard 2x2 flip with a rubber band across it to keep a stack of coins secure. I'll have to dig out an old pic of a Hawaiian quarter I found like that with the rubber band around a stack, and edit later at home. Report this Post to the Staff
Coconutjoe Pillar of the Community United States 1475 Posts	Posted 06/21/2018 6:32 pm The coin has some problems and I would have passed it. No luster seems to me that it was at least dipped. The treatments did not remove the obverse streaks. Coin shows full uninterrupted luster on both sides, but it is not super shiny. It also acquired a slightly yellowish tint after vc.
